| "After her stroke, mom put non-food items in her mouth and she had the need to chew. It was so hard to find a plush teddy bear that didn't have hard plastic eyes, nose or mouth. This bear has these made out of thread. It does come with little bags of beads sewn into its paws and belly. I just opened each seam, removed them then sewed them back up. Mom would have cracked a tooth on them or chewed them open. I also removed the bow. Mom loved "Blue Bear". He was her baby, her friend and her comfort when I couldn't be with her.
